Painting

Our exterior painting service is a complete process.

It begins with a full evaluation of your home’s exterior. We inspect for rotted and damaged siding and discuss with you the options for repair or replacement. The next step is to power wash the paintable surfaces of your home. This does a couple of things. It gets all the dirt and cobwebs off the house. It also removes a lot of the chipping or peeling paint. Once the site is dry we caulk the joints in siding, trim and, fascia. We tape and cover light fixtures and other items as needed. Finally, the house is ready for painting.

If you are planning on replacing or installing gutters to your home, we recommend matching the paint color to the pre-finished gutter (if you like one of the available colors) and painting the house prior to installing the gutters. This is because the gutters have a baked-on enamel coating that will not chip or peel.

Our interior painting service begins with a full evaluation of your home’s interior.

We inspect for damaged sheetrock, cracks, and other problem areas and discuss with you the options for repair. The next step is to protect your furniture and flooring. We cover with plastic and tape off areas as needed. Once the protection is finished we prep the house by caulking and repairs surfaces as needed. Finally, the house is ready for painting.

30 Day Painting Touch-Up Service

The funny thing about painting is that it always looks a little different after it’s dry. This is why we have a 30 day Touch-Up Service. If you notice a spot that didn’t quite get all the paint it needed, or if there are paint drips, or anything else that bugs you, just give us a call within 30 days of the painting project and we’ll come out and do the touch ups for you at no additional cost.
