This is a historical building and the owner wanted it to look like we had not made any repairs with the exception of insulated windows for enegry efficiecy. We also repaired the framing that was rotten due to water damage. We can re-frame, re-side, replace windows and doors and paint.

We moved the wall out and framed it in, per the owners specifications. We replaced all the windows and moved the front door to a new loaction. The siding is the James Hardie concrete fiber board "Cedar Mill". The home owner wished to do the insualtion, painting and drywall himself. We can provide a turn-key solution or just what you want done. He is handy with the drywall but not framing so all we did was the framing and siding. The siding was laid over a vapor barrier trimmed to meet the owners specifications.
